I am an encourager. I love Jesus. I am a sucker for french fries and an almond milk cappuccino. I am passionate about learning, singing, and playing piano. You will most often find me moving my body in some way; I am currently  training in Animal Flow. I have two young sons, Titus and Leonidas, who move and learn along with me.
